Summary: The advertisement as an Adult Only establishment isn’t accurate. The property is shared with family accommodations and the VIP services are far from a top tier experience. The staff was kind , especially Tina— however if you are seeking a higher standard and a true adult only property this isn’t it. The Hyatt has a adult only property with a great pool area— this is must due to the current conditions of the beach. As a result I decided to pay for another hotel experience and found the best beaches at Isla Mujeres. I would recommend accommodations on the island to avoid the sargasso issue. 3 stars based on my experience is generous.
