Small blue house is located in the green and quiet heart of Sant'Andrea, about 600 m from the beautiful beach of Capo Sant'Andrea, reachable on foot.
The 28 sq.m studio apartment consists of a dining area, a kitchenette, a sleeping area with a double bed and, on request, a single bed, and a small bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
Through a glass door leads to the 15 sqm terrace with a fantastic sea view, furnished with table and chairs for dining and sun loungers.
You arrive at the house through a private dirt road where there is a private parking 40 m away from the house.
To get to the beach (where we have another private parking) it takes 5 minutes by car, or for those who do not want to use the car, via a path that starts from the house we arrive at the beach in 10 minutes.
We accept medium-sized animals.
From June to September check-in and check-out on Saturday.

This area is called "THE ISLAND IN THE ISLAND". Its shallow, sandy bottom is ideal for children. Wonderful also its cliffs called "COTE PIANE", rock formations of incomparable beauty that plunge into a crystalline sea.
