Positive: The location of the house is really good. Walking distance to Brandinchi and Lu Impostu. Within the complex - walking distance - there’s a supermarket that has everything you need for the house and life at the beach. There’s also a restaurant next to the market and a gelato place. The property management team was great. We had some small problems with the fridge and electricity and the reacted right away. Problems sometimes happen, but is great to have a team that reacts to any problem.
Negative: The apartment needs some renovations and update.
Summary: Very well locataed apartment to walk to “the best beaches” in Sardinia
