Summary: I would not recommend this place AT ALL. Where do I start? When we arrived we walked through a trail of dead bees to get to the front door (there is a hive in the abandoned house next door and no one bothered to sweep the path before we arrived). The refrigerator smelled like fish.The kitchen has zero amenities. No bowls, tupperware, etc.. It was really hard to pack for the beach. There are no lamps in most of the rooms, only brightly lit fluorescent overhead lights that do not dim. NO LAURNDRY & NO FANS and it gets pretty hot downstairs. Speaking of downstairs, the "theatre"/3rd bedroom is a garage with a rug thrown down and a projector. Backyard was a disaster, not usable at all, so there is no place to sit outside. All that and when we left a bag of items there, the owner got downright hostile when communicating about the return of the items and actually blocked me. Needless to say, we never received the items back. As an owner of a rental myself, I find this behavior abhorrent. So expensive and not worth it.
