Positive: Lissa and Luciano were wonderful to work with. They picked us up from the airport and made the first entrance into Italy very comfortable. They were so friendly (we even enjoyed a drink with them on the terrace). The terrace was wonderful with a beautiful view and we were close to quite a few things (beach, restaurants, train into Napoli and port to Ischia/Capri).
