Hacienda-style, the 100m2 house features a charming patio around a large heated pool (approximately 26 degrees ONLY in MAY, JUNE, and SEPTEMBER).
Lovely comfortable terraces by the pool with sun loungers and a lounge area, as well as a magnificent dining and relaxation spot in the park, shaded by tall oaks, offering a view of the pine forest for unforgettable barbecues!

The main room of the house is bathed in light, with a comfortable and spacious living-dining room allowing a full view from the blue of the pool to the deep green of the park.
A beautiful and very large fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, including an American fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, central island... Also, a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, and clothes rack for a comfortable vacation.
Three delightful bedrooms with carefully chosen decor. The first with a queen-size bed (160x200), the second with a bed of 140x200, and the third with 2 beds of 90x200.
