Positive: Personalised approach by all staff, particularly Giuseppe- perhaps partly because of experience+broader language skills. Great location Excellent breakfast, with healthy options. Large room, with views
Negative: No room business desk per se, although small table was adequate. Bed: large but perhaps square. I am 192 cm and I felt the bed could be a little longer.
