Positive: The hotel was in a very good location, a few minutes walk from the Piazza del Duomo. We were given the warmest welcome by Bora, who offered us wine on arrival. She assisted us with tickets, taxis, and made our stay really enjoyable. Breakfast was really good, and the service from Veronica was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower and comfy bed. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.
Negative: There’s nothing negative to say!
