The renovation works focused on enhancing the living area open on three sides with large French windows, giving onto the garden and portico. This layout is ideal to enjoy the view of the garden and swimming pool but also fills the room with bright intense light right up to sunset for the guests to enjoy. During the holiday, guests can relax in the shadows of ancient plants or under the shelter of the large portico equipped for open-air dinners and lovers of sports have a golf course, horse-riding centres and tennis courts within the range of a few kilometres.
Outside, the property has a large garden measuring 5,000m2 completely fenced, with ancient trees, olive trees, a vineyard and an orchard where the pool is only for the guests’ exclusive use (6x14, 1.5m deep)(15/04-15/10), a gazebo, a five-a-side football field, table tennis and in front of the house, an equipped portico ideal for open-air dinners. The house has wi-fi Internet connection, air conditioning in all the bedrooms and baby bed included in the price.
