The house is completely fenced and the property is accessed by a tree-lined avenue that will lead you to the outdoor garden from which you can enjoy a unique view over the Vatiberina. Set in the middle of a chestnut wood and with a small olive grove behind it, the Villa has 8 beds to which you can add another 2 places on a sofa. The 4 bedrooms of the structure are served by 2 bathrooms.
Outside the large swimming pool of 12 meters long by 6 wide, will offer you the right refreshment on summer days even if the area, more than 300 meters above sea level, is rather windy and cool due to the presence of many trees. .
