Beautiful villa with swimming pool is situated in the medieval village of Dolceacqua Liguria with breathtaking views of stunning mountain scenery and the Mediterranean.
The villa can accommodate 10 people, has 3 bedrooms and a lounge room with a 2-seater sofa in the house (Casa del Poeta ") and one bedroom with two single bed in the guest house (Casa Mondrian). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as the lounge room. In the construction of Casa del Poeta is used old stones from the surrounding area, also marble and granite come back ever. The living room has a beautiful design kitchen with handmade walnut and stainless steel with built-in Miele espresso machine, silent dishwasher, oven and luxury 5-burner gas stove in a large kitchen island. All bedrooms have French doors opening onto the lower terrace with stunning views of the vast mountain landscape. The master bedroom has its own TV and a large bathroom with bath, separate shower, two sinks, radiator, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has a bathroom with two sinks, toilet, shower and radiator. The third bedroom, with its own entrance via the lower terrace, a bathroom with designer sink, shower, toilet and radiator. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and two bedside tables with atmospheric lighting. All beds can be made up as two single beds.

Lay guesthouse 'Casa Mondrian'
Casa Mondrian, the dependance of the villa, is a traditional house that can serve as a good guest room for two people or a couple with a child (there is a sofa bed in the living room). Casa Mondrian consists of a living room with small colorful open kitchen, separate bedroom and small bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. It is a bit higher than the Casa del Poeta so privacy will remain protected for both houses. The upper terrace at Casa Mondrian has an outdoor grill and wood oven pizza and a large masonry table under a pergola or place for 20 people.
View & vegetable and olive grove
From the pool is fantastic panoramic views. You look out over the valley and behind the mountains and in the distance you see the coastal town of Vallecrosia and the Mediterranean. The pool has different colors underwater LED lighting, for whom're gonna swim. There are two outdoor showers, and down beside the pool. The villa has several terraces, each with its own unique view and garden furniture such as a granite table or design (reclining) seats. If you walk out the kitchen you come out on the terrace with swimming pool. Right next to the patio doors off the kitchen is under the pergola a two meter long table with ten chairs for cozy lunches and dinners.
On 1 acre of terraced grounds there are many olive trees, grape vines and some fruit trees. Every year we pick our own olives for olive oil, which is considered by many sun hours in combination with the mountain land to the best in all of Italy!
You reach the villa via a private road of nearly 1 kilometer and a gate with remote control.

Our Villa is a two-floor building Suitable for 10 people. The Villa (Casa del Poeta ") has 3 bedrooms and a lounge room with a two-person sleeping couch and the guesthouse ('Casa Mondrian) has 1 bedroom with 2-person bed. Each bedroom (including the lounge room) Has its own luxurious bathroom.
At the construction of the villa Casa del Poeta stones from the area have been used for the exterior as well as granite and marble for the interior. Upon entering the main villa there is the generously sized living room with several at panoramic windows overlooking the hills. This area is elegantly furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs and a fireplace with sculpted marble. The living room has a beautiful design walnut open kitchen, fully equipped with a Miele espresso machine, a soundless dishwasher, a luxury oven and a five burner stove in a large kitchen island as well as a large marble dining table sitting 10/12 people. The Villa's furniture is a nice combination of Italian contemporary design and vintage antique. The walls are covered with fine paintings, photographs or lithographs.

From the swimming pool you alsohave great views of the surroundings. To the South, through the pine trees, you can see the Mediterranean Sea and the coastal village of Vallecrosia. The swimming pool has LED lighting,-which can be programmed at different colors. There are two outdoor showers, one next to the swimming pool and one at the lower terrace.
On the terraced grounds of approx. 2.5 acres you will find many olive trees, grapevines and some fruit trees. Each year we make our own olive oil That We leave at the Villa for you to taste, which is very delicate Because of the many sun hours and the special soil; known as one of the best in Italy! In season you can use lemons and herbs from the garden.
