This splendid and majestic villa is one of our flagships. Located in the open countryside and thanks to its elevated position, it almost seems to dominate Lake Bolsena. The villa is divided into two floors: On the ground floor, just as you cross the threshold of the house, you are greeted by a beautiful wooden kitchen and a small country-style dining area. Particular wooden and wrought iron stairs then lead us to the upper floor, where there is a small living area, furnished with a sofa and a sofa bed. This area leads us also to a large and beautiful terrace, which gives way to a beautiful view of the lake. On this floor of the house we also find a bedroom with a double bed, the gem of the villa! In fact, in this room we find an elegant bathtub, set in two rustic wooden beams. Finally we find the bathroom, connected to the bedroom and also the living area. But that's not all, because if we move outside the villa again, we find a annex, which is furnished with the same impeccable taste as the rest of the house, with a double bed, a sofa and a bathroom.
