Situated on Soliman Bay in the Tulum area of the Riviera Maya, this tranquil 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home provides every imaginable amenity in an unparalleled setting.
The fully updated main house includes ample living and dining space with gorgeous marble floors, a 70” plasma TV, unique onyx dining table, and fully retractable sliding doors for full enjoyment of the sea breezes. A convenient half-bath holds a unique decorative standing sink with a fountain-style faucet. The well-equipped kitchen includes granite counters, a commercial oven and stove, spacious refrigerator, deep fryer, and all cookware and tableware. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, en-suite bath with lit white onyx sinks, and a luxurious fully furnished balcony overlooking Soliman Bay. The main house guest room contains a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom with marble, granite and onyx finishes. Head upstairs to the roof terrace to take in the panoramic view of the sea.
A short stroll under a large traditional Mayan palapa will lead you to two separate casitas each with a bedroom and a private bathroom…both with views of the Caribbean Sea.
You will find many thoughtful touches for your stay including air conditioning and ceiling fans, wi-fi internet accessibility, Bluetooth sound system, a 48” plasma TV and security lockbox in each bedroom, covered parking for two vehicles, satellite television.

Summary: The house is beautiful with a great location. Be warned in the summer they have a seaweed situation which doesn’t allow to enter the water beach front. And it smells awful. But you get used to it and it’s still gorgeous. The host was horrible. The AC broke in a master bedroom on the second night. After contacting the host 3 times, she said it was fix but no one ever came and it was never fixed. It was 90-97° during our stay. 2 people were displaced for 4 nights and the host didn’t care. My last message was completely ignored. I would never stay there again. For the money I spent, I expect much better. Two thumbs down.
